Refund policy

We sell digital planning credits only. Nothing physical is manufactured, shipped, or returned. All prices are in USD.

Because credits are delivered instantly online, we offer refunds on unused planning credits within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@plumbconnsvc.shop with your order details and we will return the unused balance to your original payment method.

A planning credit is "used" once it generates a draft plan. Used credits are generally non-refundable, since the digital output has already been delivered. If the planner failed to produce a draft due to a technical fault on our side, we will restore or refund the affected credit.

Checkout is currently a placeholder and no payments are processed, so there is nothing to refund at this time. This policy will apply once paid planning credits go live.

Email support@plumbconnsvc.shop from the address used to purchase, with your order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
