Returns for a digital product

We sell digital planning credits only. Nothing physical is manufactured, shipped, or returned.Since no goods are shipped, there are no boxes, labels or return shipments. A "return" here simply means refunding unused planning credits.

Unused planning credits can be refunded under our Refund Policy within 14 days of purchase. Email support@plumbconnsvc.shopand we'll return the unused balance to your original payment method.

A credit that has already generated a draft plan has been delivered and is generally not returnable. If a technical fault on our side prevented a draft from generating, we will restore the affected credit.

Checkout is currently a placeholder and no payments are processed, so there is nothing to return at this time.
